Below is a well-deserved Q4 update highlighting ecosystem tooling and solutions across October, November, and December.

The final quarter of 2025 carried strong momentum across Cardano’s Java ecosystem. From protocol upgrades and governance integrations to developer tooling and performance improvements, teams across the Foundation and Bloxbean repositories continued to deliver at pace. With more than 150 pull requests merged during this period, the focus remained clear, improving reliability, expanding capabilities, and enabling builders across the ecosystem. Reeve

October: 25 PRs Merged

  • Implemented KERI message signing
  • Introduced external indexer with Yaci Store and new public interface (planned open-source release)
  • Enhanced sorting and filtering across reconciliation and transaction queries
  • Improved error handling and logging for batch operations
  • Added endpoints for project authorization and human-readable responses
  • Expanded CostCenter and ReferenceCodeService with validation and hierarchy support

November: 16 PRs Merged

  • Released version v1.2.0
  • Added CSV report upload endpoint
  • Introduced local currency support in transaction publishing
  • Improved transaction logic, reconciliation stats, and sorting
  • Faster and more flexible report filtering

December: 10 PRs Merged

  • Added scripts and guides to publish vLEI on-chain, with support from the Veridian team
  • Stabilized demo and end-to-end scripts for QVI suite integration
  • Improved reconciliation accuracy and transaction netting logic
  • Implemented first version of a flexible reporting module

Cardano Rosetta Java

October: 14 PRs Merged

  • Upgraded to Cardano Node 10.5.1 with Ouroboros Genesis enabled
  • Hardened Token Registry Service on pre-prod for improved resilience
  • Updated Docker naming scheme to streamline image releases
  • Added Python test suite for data endpoints and refreshed documentation
  • v1.4.1 currently in pre-release

November: 9 PRs Merged

  • Released versions v1.4.1, v1.4.2, and v1.4.3
  • Upgraded to Cardano Node 10.5.2 and 10.5.3
  • Improved transaction index sorting
  • Hardened peer handling with randomized limits
  • Updated documentation and parsing after schema changes

December: 2 PRs Merged

  • Added network options and search-by-address for stability tests

Yaci Store

October: 2 PRs Merged

  • Added CIP-129 governance utilities
  • Fixed Byron address pointer check in account processing
  • Integrated MCP module for proof-of-concept implementation

November: 26 PRs Merged

  • Released version v2.0.0-beta5
  • Improved governance state calculation accuracy and consistency
  • Introduced scheduler plugins with virtual-thread support
  • Optional CBOR storage for blocks and transactions
  • PostgreSQL range partitioning for reward, epoch stake, and DRep distribution
  • Enhanced plugin framework with safer file access, atomic state operations, and improved monitoring
  • Upgraded to PostgreSQL 18 and CCL 0.7.0

December: 1 PR Merged

  • Added CIP-129 compliance for governance action IDs in APIs

Cardano IBC Incubator

  • Implemented ICS-23 proof generation across gateway and packet queries
  • Added Host-State Root UTXO architecture with Merkle tree computation for Mithril light client verification
  • Introduced Hermes ChainHandle scaffolding

  • Added Kupo root queries and tree rebuild functionality
  • Introduced Caribic test scaffolding

December: 9 PRs Merged

  • Migrated Caribic to Hermes, including crypto driver support
  • Added denom trace mapping with PostgreSQL integration
  • Introduced STT host state and expanded host-state capabilities

CF Cardano Ballot

  • Implemented user verification rate limiting for enhanced backend security

Cardano Client Lib

October: 5 PRs Merged

  • Added Ledger and Trezor derivation support
  • Introduced Transaction DSL with intent-based YAML serialization
  • Added Verified Structures (MPT/MPF, JMT)
  • Fixed GovId.govAction() bug with large indices

November: 6 PRs Merged

  • Added MPF → PlutusData proof conversion
  • Introduced structured Datum/Redeemer YAML format
  • Backported Ledger and Trezor derivation support
  • Improved withdrawal sorting for redeemer accuracy
  • Added JSON serializers for PoolRegistration

CIP-113 Programmable Tokens

November:

  • Drafted CIP-113 version 3 with frontend and backend improvements
  • Released first iteration of the CIP-113 UI with minting operational in Preview
  • Integrated Yaci Store for token bootstrapping, transfers, and balances
  • Added extensive guides, updated examples, and improved versioning consistency

December: 2 PRs Merged

  • Implemented CIP-113 endpoints
  • Introduced Factory Design Pattern for incremental programmable token substandards

Cardano Connect with Wallet
